Carpentry & Joinery

First and second fix carpentry packages delivered to specification, from structural roof timbers, stud partitions and door linings through to doorsets, skirting, architraves and bespoke joinery. We plan labour and sequencing properly so the package can progress without avoidable delays from our side.

Internal Fit-Out

Full internal fit-out packages including flooring, bathroom installation, kitchen installation and partition systems. We manage the scope, sequence the trades and hand over clean. One package, one point of contact.

Flooring

Engineered oak, herringbone, LVT and solid wood. Glue-down and floating methods. We understand subfloor prep, moisture readings and finish requirements - not just laying boards.

Fire Door Installation

Fire door installation and maintenance support delivered to project specification, manufacturer guidance and current regulatory requirements. Installations can be documented with photographic evidence at key stages, including gap checks, intumescent seals, hardware, frame condition and signage. Where third-party certification is required, we work under the relevant certified scheme holder or approved supply chain arrangement.

Our background includes large-scale carpentry packages on major residential schemes, site management, contracts management and preconstruction.

You deal with the same people from tender through to completion - clear communication, defined scope and full compliance documentation before works begin.

Send us your tender pack

Send over your tender pack including all drawings, scope of works and project programme. We'll review the information and prepare a tender return. Smaller packages can usually be reviewed within a week. Larger tender packages may require longer.

Fixed-Price Tender Return

Clear breakdown of scope, inclusions, exclusions and assumptions. If something is not included, we aim to make that clear before works begin.

Mobilisation

Method statements and risk assessments submitted ahead of start date. CSCS cards and insurance certificates provided. We complete your induction process and mobilise on programme.

Delivery & handover

We work to the agreed programme, communicate clearly throughout the works and monitor quality as the package progresses. We complete all relevant QA checks and provide full documentation upon handover.
