Armandas began his career at one of London's leading carpentry contractors, delivering large-scale packages on major developments including those run by Berkeley Homes and others. He later moved into a Contracts and Project Manager role at a boutique main contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishments across some of London's most prestigious addresses. That combination of large-site discipline and boutique project delivery is the foundation Novus is built around and continues to operate on across all of the projects they deliver.
Today, Armandas runs the day-to-day operations of Novus - from meeting clients and preparing quotations for projects, to managing site teams and liaising with material suppliers. Every client has one point of contact throughout, and that person holds full responsibility for the project from start to finish.

Every project is overseen by one of the directors, ensuring the standard we are known for is maintained from start to finish.
On site, we work with a close network of specialist tradespeople, most of whom have been working with us for years. These are the people who actually deliver the work - experienced, trusted and held to the same standard on every project. All operatives hold valid CSCS cards and other relevant qualifications for their trade.

Novus is defined by four key principles by which we operate, continue to deliver successful projects and hold ourselves to account.
Proactive communication is a cornerstone of every successful project and client relationship. We keep our clients informed throughout the build, always available when needed and sending weekly site progress reports every Friday.
We provide a detailed and itemised quote with no hidden costs. We stand behind our numbers and will deliver the project to the agreed specification and contract value.
Time matters to our clients. We plan properly, resource projects correctly and flag anything that could affect the programme the moment we see it - not after it has already become a problem.
The standard of finish is what stays with a client long after we have left site. We hold ourselves to that standard throughout the build, not just at the end. We don't consider a job done until the client does.
